Thumbs up Sleeping better?

Has anyone else noticed that they are sleeping better? I definitely feel that I have been doing so since soon after starting Atkins about 4 weeks ago. It's not just cutting down on caffeine, as I haven't really done so, and I am getting about the same amount of exercise as before. I have always had a lot of trouble sleeping, so if this is truly a part of the Atkins WOL I will be very happy. (The only exceptions being those nights when I seem to have to go to the bathroom 3 times - I guess it's hormones plus varying water intake).

Yes, I noticed this side benefit very early in lowcarbing. It used to take me a good half hour or more of complete quiet to fall asleep. Now I'm off in seconds.
