Default pushed deadline back

I have done it. I have pushed my deadline back. I had wanted to get to my goal weight by my b-day, but I have come to the conclusion that it is not possible. I am still losing, but at a very slow rate, some weeks, I don't lose at all, others I lose really slowly. I guess what is important is that I have learned to eat correctly and know what works to lose weight and get more healthy. So, I gave myself a few more months to lose all the weight I need and to maintain my weight.
Have a good day, Belle

Congrats Belle!

You have made a huge step. Instead of getting frustrated as many do and quit, you have been enlightened that your body will lose at it's own rate and you are just going to step back and allow it to do whatever it needs at whatever speed it needs to do it at

It has taken me 15 months to lose 50 pounds. I have seen others drop 50 pounds in a few months, while I just poke along. A while ago that use to bother me then I realize.....it's not the same body, nor the same metobolism and heck at least the scale isn't moving up!

This is truely a way of life and a wonderful way of eating. Not many people I know that diet can have steak and lobster for dinner with drawn butter. Do you?
