Default atkins products

After checking different low carb product sites, I was amazed at the wide variety of products out there. I noticed there are some different supplements put out by the Atkins company. Has anyone incorporated Dieters Advantage supplements or Essential Oil tablets and found them to make a difference?

Also, about the breads, chips, etc. Are any of them really worth buying?

I take the Advantage supplements before my eveing meals. This is always my biggest meal of the day so I figure it couldn't hurt. I have been averaging 2 pounds a week. This after my 3 week post induction scale stall. I figure all the vitamins in it can't hurt!

I buy the Atkin's chips. Those I think are worth it! Great for scouping up tuna. Will come in real handy when I start hitting the beach! Natures Own has a low carb bread out now that doesn't cost to much. The only other product I swear by is the canned shakes. I usually have for breakfast. But I can get them at 5 something a pack.

Oh the LaTortilla Factory Tortilla's are also good, and only 3 net carbs! Great for rolling up sandwiches, and also hotdogs and such at cookouts!
