Exclamation too much fat? Help!

Hi,

I am postin all over to figure this fat stuff out. It looks like I am getting 50 60 % of my cals from fat. Is this bad? I eat 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and 1/2 tbspn of butter every morning and I like to have salad dressing with my salads. HELP!!!

Actually cheater, that's low. You should be getting 65-80% of your calories from fat. This is a HIGH fat WOE, not a high protein one, contrary to popular public opinion.

Instead of posting duplicate questions 'all over' the place try using the handy dandy Search function atop every page - upper right hand corner (icon of the globe) There is a wealth of information contained w/in these pages and posts; just about every topic you could imagine has been discussed. If you're not sure how to use the search function check out the Sticky atop this forum "Effective Use of the Search Function" for a quick course on how to get the best out of it.
