Default pickles

hello again,
the pickles (mt. olive no sugar added bread & butter sandwich stuffers) blue label, made with splenda. these are pickles sliced the long way. also no sugar bread & butter regular sliced.
i save the juice when i finish a jar. chop up a head of cabbage,
add dukes no sugar mayo, plus the leftover pickle juice, chop up
one or 2 baby carrots for color, you have a bowl of perfect cole slaw. my hubby loves it, says its a lot better than fast food.
cabbage is real low carb, i think a cup is about 4 carbs. mayo is
only trace i usually count app. 1 carb per 2 tbsp., pickle juice is no carb. this is really good grill a steak, chop, chicken whatever it goes good with it.
i still try to keep my carbs at a limit of 20-35. no higher. with this my blood sugar stays in the normal limits.
after induction, you can order the low carb flours(or there's a place to buy them in beulaville) . use these to make fried chicken.
wonderful. found a good carb counter book at w-mart( the complete food counter by annette b. natow and jo-ann heslin)
it tells carbs and fiber counts . $4.88
