Well, maybe it just that your holding a bit of water at times?
Are you exercising? It does seem strange, I'm sure someone with a better answer will swing by.
Good Luck Kathy

I am having the same thing!! I have lost between 10-12 lbs, and my clothes all fit exactly the same as they did before. It is a bit discouraging in itself!

Is it that TOM?

Did you accidentally wash your jeans in hot water?

Did something that you ate give you gas?

Are you constipated?

Are you drinking a lot of carbonated diet sodas?

Any of these things make my jeans tighter.

Wow!!! How interesting!!! Having lost more than 20 lbs, and barely moving down a size (and only in some clothes...not all), I can really feel for you. I know I have lost tons of inches, but none of them must have been in the stomach. My pants hang off my hips and butt, but fit about the same in the waist...or seem to. I know I have lost tons in the arms and chest as well. Looks like my face and stomach will be the last to melt

Anyway...give it more time. Eventually you'll have to start losing in the areas you are wanting to lose in...right? That's what I keep telling myself...lol.

I think the first place you gain is always the last place you lose.

I lost about 10.5 pounds during Induction and then it was TOM so I've not been on the scale. Anxious to weigh in a few days. I did measure though and was greatly encouraged that I had lost 3.75 inches. I also have more energy and feel so much better! Just hang in there when the scales don't move. You're treating your body so much better by eating healthier.

There are plenty of times when I feel thin, dare to get on the scale (expecting the best) only to find out I've gained (always temporarily, due to water, etc.) Give it a little time before you try on those jeans again. Sometimes Chinese food's super salt soaking can bloat you around the middle temporarily.

Default Water!

It's probably water that making you bloated. I heard if you drink hot water (like making tea) and squeeze a little lemon juice in it and drink it, it will take the bloated away.
Good Luck

Thank you for all the replies! I am sure the answer lies in there somewhere. Come to think of it, my hubby may have washed them in hot water (last time I went to do laundry it was set to HOT).

Also I am being more careful to get enough water, that may also be part of the problem.

I am just getting over my TOM, so hopefully I will see a change soon!
