Default Pump up the volume

Hi group, I really have found tons of info on this site, you guys and gals do a wonderfull job. Ok a simple question I cannot find a answer for. My wife is getting dissallusioned 3 weeks and no noticable loss, maybe just a little at first, but the stubborn bi,err lady didnt weigh herself. So I am putting us both (for one week) to jump start our metabolism, Stilmans Quick weight loss diet. I have pretty much stalled ..so I'm hoping this get things moving again. OK here is the question: I had a pretty good gout attack last week, and I attribute it mostly to the red meat I have been eating(love the stuff). CAN I substitute pork chops intead of a steak?? I dont know if its any better for my gout, but it is NOT considered red meat. I have read all the gout links and they are helpfull. I take allpurinol, and thought i was immune to another attack...NOT!!! and these suckers are extremely painfull. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I personally do not know anything about the Stilmans Quick weight loss diet, but on Atkins you can have any type of meat or fish you want. Not just beef. We (hubby and I) only have beef on average 2 to three times a week.
