Oh me oh my!! I'm back at it...started Atkins yesterday and hope to be in ketosis by Monday. Lots of excuses (as usual) for going off the wagon but the important thing is that I'm back on target.
Looking for support, encouragement and information. Any suggestions about what keeps you focused? Where do I find info about fitday? Also, am looking for a good, filling soup recipe. Thanks in advance.

Welcome back to the wagon - plenty of room for you.

What keeps me focused is the energy that I have that I haven't felt in years! Even if I were not to lose another pound it would be worth it for the many other health benifts that this way of eating brings.

Low-carb eating is keeping my moods much more stable--I'm not having those blood-sugar swings. Even if I were not losing weight, I'd stay with this WOE for emotional benefits alone! Focus is much easier when you're not feeling depressed and grumpy all the time.

As for soup, I like the cream of spinach recipe in the back of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution. My next plan is to modify it for asparagus!

Good luck,
Larix
