Default life after iinduction

Hello everyone! I just finished 2 weeks induction, and feel great. My body has gotten smaller, and clothes fit better. I want to add 5 carbs a day for a week to see how it goes, but do I need to decrease protein at all? I don't want to go backwards. Thanks in advance.

I don't really understand your question. Do you mean because you will be taking in 5g more carbs, that will leave less room for protein? 5g of carbs isn't very much calorically... we're looking at 20 extra calories! You don't need to decrease anything, just add some more veggies, or more cheese, berries, or nuts.

Have fun with OWL... it's good to learn how to make this way of eating workable for you!

I would suggest following this link http://atkinscenter.com/howto/phase2.html . It gives you a list of foods that are 5g in total. Pick something from the list and just add it on to what you are already eating.

Also, it'd be a good idea to read-up on Atkin's Phase II.. Ongoing Weight-Loss. It's very informative.
