Default I feel sooooo yucky

Made it through my first day of induction - but i feel so terrible. I got this migriane last night that was so terrible i couldn't do anything but lay in the dark - i was hoping that going to bed would make me sleep it off, but i woke up with it again this morning. Is this normal? I hope so - because i really want to continue, but i don't think that i could live with this migraine for anymore than 2-3 days. I can't even look at the computer screen right now - thank god for touch typing! anyone else experienced this?

I've been feeling that way too.... I suggest entering your vitamin/mineral supplement into fitday (you are taking supplements, right?) and seeing if you're lacking anything. I've had to add magnesium and folic acid to my daily intake. Today is day 2 and I'm feeling better already. Also, make sure you're getting lots of water... it's really the key to getting rid of that headachy feeling.

Hope you feel better soon!

Yes, this is normal. Detoxing from carbs & caffeine hits different people differently; some much worse than others. Hang in there - much better days are coming. When the pounds and inches start melting off, you will thank yourself for sticking with it. When the energy burst of ketosis takes hold, you will rule.

Default Headaches

I very rarely get headaches, but days 2 & 3 of induction, actually I should say nights, I had them badly. Went away during the day, or maybe it was because of the ibuprofen I took once I became conscious and aware of it.

They ended as quickly as they began.

Same for leg cramps, but those were day and night for 2 days.

Hang in there! It will soon be over and your body will thank you for it!

Sharon
