Question Just a couple of questions.

First off I think from what TrainerDan has said about ckd, it sounds like a plan that I would benefit from. Correct me if I am wrong. I weigh 190 lbs with some flab and I really don't care if I loose any weight but I would like to be toned and would like to get rid of the fat that hides my muscles. Is CKD a good plan for me or do you all recommend something else? Also, are there any books or websites that I could look into that would give me some indepth information on how many carbs to consume when and what exercises to do when? Thanks in advance.

Probably the best source of CKD information on the web right now, from The Man himself:

Of course, the book would be your best bet
