Default thai food

a lot of afternoons, I get a great thai dish

tom young goong and chicken with string beans and red chile sauce.

I was wondering if this is high in carbs. I don't think so but I'm just guessing which is what I do most of the time.

Cool

ohh... thai food...

tom yum gai is my weakness...

if you want to figure out your carbs, even if you aren't "following the atkins WOL" try using the carb counter on his website... or the carb counter thingy on this site... or fitday... only problem is that you have to figure out the ingredients.

good news though... coconut milk is relatively low carb, and so is chili oil ...

mmm...
