Default 1 down, 2 more to go!!

I am, here by, 2 lbs away from my goal!

I won't be a "body beautiful" at 125, but working out and continued LC eating will have me in fine form come summer! DH is down 20 lbs and in 3 belt holes. We couldn't be happier with the changes that have occured since we started this new WOE.

I have so much to be thankful for. Not least of all, this board. Each day I am informing him about something I learned here. He is not a "board" type of guy, but we are both much more knowledgeable thanks to everyone here!

Time for my chicken salad breakfast

Joy

WAY TO GO GIRL!!

Thats awesome

I can't wait to be in your shoes!! So go celebrate... you've come a long way. BY the way how many carbs are u averaging a day? Just curious. I'm almost done with induction another week. Its day 10 for me and I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm going to wait a till I finish induction to weigh. I don't ahve alot to lose like yourself. I'm wondering how long it took you to lose it? I think us small weightloss losers need more patience becasue the weight just doesn't come off so fast.

take care

Piera

Congrats to both you and your husband!

I have great pleasure in reading that you will be imminently reaching your target goal. I concur that you both ought to celebrate with a well-deserved reward.

The world is yours,

Frederick

Excellent news!!

You must be thrilled. You'll be in great shape by summer. What a luxury to think you get to spend the next couple of months, toning up and pampering your skin instead of madly trying to lose 20 pounds so you can squeeze into a bathing suit! It's a whole new world!!

Can't wait until I'm in your boat! It's terrific your DH was on the plan with you. Makes it a lot easier to have that support.

Kudos to both of you for all your hard work.

May those last couple of pounds be stolen by the whoosh fairy soon!

k.
