On a candida diet you should avoid nuts and dried foods because they are prone to mold. Mold is good for the candida, bad for you. Don't worry about ocassional slips. Being on the right path is what's important. An occasional slip won't kill you. Might make you feel sick for a while (been there), nut then you learn what you can't have. If it helps my book says: no sugar, no grains, no dairy, no mold prone foods (nuts, dried foods), no mushrooms, no vinegar, no alcohol. I do my best. But on occasion something slips through, don't beat yourself down. Carry on!!!!!
Good luck!!! Liz
