Hi Guys

I have been on the Atkins diet now for 7 months and doing really well, however, I am getting slightly bored with what I am eating. I don't have time to cook from the cookery book.

Does anybody have any tips.

I have nearly lost 42 LBS!!!!

Thanks

Abbi

Hi Abbi!!

My tip is eat what you like.

Have you checked out the Kitchen section here yet? Some great meal ideas and they are not long or complicated either!!

Deep dish pizza, enchilada chicken, shepherds pie....

YUM!!

Congrats on the big loss!!

Hi Abbi...

Wow...you are doing sooo well...over half way to your goal. And better yet, healthy!

You can get lots of ideas right on the homepage of this forum and from reading the posts. I've only been at this for 2 months, so I'm not bored yet but I can sure see how it could happen. Sometimes I think if I see one more egg, I'll start counting pin feathers instead of gray hairs.

Please do hang around here and surf the web for low carb recipes. There are lots of easy ones out there.

Again...congratulations...results like yours inspire us "newbies"
