Default Question about nuts...

I was under the impression that walnuts basically zeroed out because of the fiber, but my friend says that it's almonds.

Which is it? or is it both? Gosh I hope it 's both. I love almonds!

I have lost 5 lbs! I actually LOVE the diet. I feel so much better. I used to be so sluggish and foggy all the time due to the low fat diet. I enjoy reading all your posts and advice.

Your friend is right, almonds have very little net carbs according to Fitday.com, walnuts much more...

Are you using that site? Try it, it calculates everything you eat, honestly I couldn't do without it.

Good luck!

Well, I've just looked them both up on the carb counter on the left hand side and walnuts come out at about 7 and almonds about 8 (after taking away the fibre)- not much in it! I love nuts too but I think you need to go easy on them.
