Your best bet would be to go to the BFL section of the forum under Exercise Forums: Active Low Carbers. Just browse around there and I'm sure you'll find the answer you're looking for.

The best bet is to read the book. Then you will get the full understanding of the program.

I am still reading the book and learning as I go along.

Basics...
You work upper body one day,
Lower body the next day
and cardio the following day.

Weights are worked on a pyramid system (increasing weight) I am sure there a few experts floating around the boards that could go into more detail about the program. The best way to learn is to the read the book, You will get the full understanding and movivation to complete a 12 week challenge.
