I'm also dealing with a lot of stress. I finally lost all the weight I put back on since Christmas. I have to say most days are good, I can plan and control and use different techniques so that I stay in the Low carb zone. I've been drinking a lot of sweet & spicy herb tea, I find it very satisfying. But I also have my bad days, like yesterday my daughters each had a friend over, and I proceeded to eat a 5 oz. bag of potato chips and 2 blueberry muffins.
Today will be better!
