Need Chicken help please

Does anyone know if theres a LC way to make Chicken Picatta? I wondered if Soy Flour is o.k? I'm on maintenence not induction, but I like to keep carbs down in main dishes. Thanks!

You don't have to use any coating on the chicken at all to make a good Chicken Piccata. Just make sure the sauce is reduced enough. You can also add a tiny bit of cream cheese for its thickening power.
