Default new start, new questions...

I did atkins from February thru November of 2002,lost 26 lbs and know I could've done better. I got lost in the 'holiday fervor' and gradually put back on what I had lost. I know LC'g is the way to go as it made me feel much better and the results were obvious. I'm starting over on monday and just need a little help. Breakfast is my hardest meal to plan for, my questions are these...First: Is the mock danish that everyone raves about okay to have on induction?and can it be prepared the night before or at least before one heads for work and then heated later in the morning at work? Second: Are there any 'simple' shake recipes that are tasty enough to purchase the ingredients for? Has anyone tried experimenting with an atkins ready to drink shake to make it a little more palatable? Thanks for any help with these and wish me luck!

I do not have the answer to your "mock danish during induction" question but from experience I have found that keeping it to the basics and simple is the best way during induction is the way to go - - this is how I lost 7 lbs when I reinducted on 12/30/02.

You could make a frittata the night before, then you have something for the week for breakfast - you just need to watch what veggies you're adding during induction.

Here's a link for some recipes http://www.virtualcities.com/ons/0rec/04fritta.htm
