Default Crystalite ok on Atkins?

Is having Crystalite ok? there isnt much in it but there are some things I see on there I'm not sure about? Please let me know.

I just found out the the INDIVIDUAL bottles of Crystal light are supposed to be made with Splenda, so they would be for Induction, but the powdered mix is NOT made with Splenda, so it would be for the powder.

Thank goodness, cuz the lemonade is awesome!!

ps--I'd read the label if I were you, just to double-check, since I haven't actually SEEN this, just read about it here somewhere on the forum.

Crystal Light was always ok for me. You still need to be taking in the water though, on top of it. Don't count the crystal light into your water consumption for the day!

I was hooked on Crystal Light for a long time...but I figured it was better than all the Diet Cokes I used to drink! Recently I've completely sworn of all aspartame and so I switched to unsweetened KoolAid...and I use Splenda to sweeten it! (Hint: 16 packets for 2 quarts of KoolAid)
