Can't sign on

Hi, I'm posting on behalf of Dewdrop. She called me this morning to say she is having difficulties signing on. This is not the first time this has happened. She cannot sign in under Dewdrop with her password as it says it is already taken which of course it is because she is already registered. Does this makes sense? Can someone please help? I will phone her with your reply. Thanks,

Hi Janice,

This error does not happen when one signs in, it's only when they try to register again.

There's no need to register again (and should not be done), she just need to login with username and password.

If she forgot the password, she can click on the "Forgot your password?" link, and it will send her a new password.
