Good to see that you will have a partner on this WOE with your husband. Definately easier to cook meals. My husbands cholesterol was too high before this way of eating, his numbers are now in the normal range and he has lost 50 pounds. True it has been one year - but we are feeling so much better!

Hello TKaplan, Is it great that your partner has joined in. This forum gives alot of insight into the diet. If you have any concerns, most times you can go to the search icon on the top right of the page, type in what you need to know and it will direct you to other peoples journal who have had the same concern. There is so much support here. There are also recipes and dessert ideas that are legal LC. Take some time to read around, the home page has a trunkful of topics to research. Good Luck to you and your partner. Hope to see you around.
