Hello, everyone! I have been reading this site for over a month and it is absolutely awesome! There is a wealth of information and advice. I've never heard of the plan you're on, though. I'll have to go do a google search and figure out who that is.

Hi,
I have discovered that i have a new addiction, and it's spending all my spare time in this forum. At least i don't have to worry about gaining any weight doing that, lol.

Kristine: I really enjoyed Crayhon's "The Carnitine Miracle". It was the first book I read that compelled me to drop the flour, sugar and refined fats from my diet. I have since moved on (Crayhon is higher carb than most plans). I've read several other books - but there was a lot of good information (for me) to be had from Crayhon. If you get the book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

CanadianT - I could quickly spend most my day on forums - too many forums, too little time
