Thumbs up I Love This WOE!!

I can't believe this. I weighed this morning and I am down another pound. I Love CAD. One thing that I think helped me was to switch my RM to lunch instead of dinner. Doing this, I am not near as hungry at night so I eat a lot less. Also, I have more energy at night to work out. I am SOOOO Excited.
Thanks,
Cindy

Congrats! That sounds good.... I am actually plannning on switching my RM to lunch starting this weekend as a "trial" to see how it goes. I'll be off work so it will end up working out better to have it at lunch time.

I just switched my RM to lunch about a week ago. I am finding that I really have to remind myself to eat afterwards during the evening, because I am honestly still not hungry.

The only thing I don't like is that I'm so used to eating it during dinner that sometimes my MIND starts craving things. But usually after a quick CM I am back to not wanting anything.

Anyways, congrats on another pound loss. I had a bit of a "stall" the past few weeks, but am dropping again. I am with ya all the way, I love this WOE too!

I just need to try to find something that will help me lose since I keep losing and regaining the same weight no matter what I do, so I'm willing to give this a try even though it will be a pain fixing an RM lunch rather than CM, but I do tend to try to eat too much at night just because I'm at home and I think of all these things I can have! lol... By switching it to lunch and being at work, I will have a limit to how much I eat and won't be tempted by other stuff. I'll just have to learn to have CM at night, which will seem weird, but after having done Atkins for so long, I know I can live without having carbs at night!
