Default Thanks

Thanks for the welcome! I plan on sticking to my WOL and controlling my addiction, gee it sure sounds funny to call something so simple as carbs as an addiction, but guess that's what it is...I'm going to keep it first and foremost in my mind and deal with it, one day at a time!

Default Hello

Great to meet you. This is a great place full of support and advice.

Smile Thanks

Hi Rebecca, I will stop by your journal to see how you did so well. I'm so glad I found this site, it has inspired me to keep on track (although it's a short one now, I plan on going on to the end this time !) reading the messages and finding how other people are coping really helps.
