Default soy nut butter.... suggestions?

I just bought a jar of soynut butter and was wondering if anyone had any recipie suggestions? I noticed it was extremely high in dietary fiber and less addictive that peanut butter.

Is this a good low carb choice?

Default Soy Nut Butter

I think soy nut butter is great i have been using it. Mine only has 1 carb per 2 tablespoons. If u want u can spread some on cheese or on a pork rind or a combonation of both. Im sure u can find many other ways of using it like in your vegetables.

check the trans fats! The one they had at my store had trans fats....and those are NOT good! Look for "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated" on the label!
