(I'm new at this so please pardon any mistakes.)

An idea occured to me -- members of the forum could put together the ultimate Low Carb Holiday Menu complete with recipes, etc.

I'd like to see something as close to the "traditional meal" as possible -- anybody got a good LC pumpkin pie with whipped cream recipe?

Anyway -- I look forward to seeing what everyone suggests.

There are a lot of Thanksgiving receipes floating around- people just must have missed this post.

PUMPKIN PIE is awesome. All I do is take canned pumpkin- not the pie one... and add Splenda, vanilla, and some cream. A couple of eggs... stir it up good and bake! YUM YUM!
