Well I am starting again. I did the atkins diet a year ago for about a month and it worked great. I don't even know why I stopped. My biggest problem is getting bored of the same foods. I am going to go start a journal now!!! Thanks!

Unhappy Know what you mean

I've started Low carbing three times. So for the third time has been the charm. This time around I've been trying new foods and new ways of preparing things. I've also added going to the gym.
The only negative thing I've experienced is a slower weight loss than the first time. (I lost 34lbs in a month and only 21lbs in 5 months)
Be sure to check out the recipes and also keep a variety of low carb snacks around. Also plan your meals as advanced as you can. These helped me.

Hi MoJo, welcome!

This is a great site - have a good look around and you will find lots of help and support. Do start that journal - I have found mine to be very helpful.

While you're looking around, don't miss the orange bar at the top of the screen - especially "Low Carb Tips," loads of useful info there.

All the very best to you!

Rosebud

Just thought I'd chime in...

I too am back for the 3rd time. Yes, it is a bit slower each time around but it will work. I was "Back on the Wagon" in the spring and lost it over the summer, I got lax in my choices and one leads to another and so on...

You'll do great and welcome back to this WOE
