Smile Howdy!

Hi there, my name is Lisa and I just restarted the protein plan. I had real success last summer when I was on it (35 lbs) but then I went on vacation and so did my low carbing! I am looking forward to any hints and tips that other people might have to keep me on track this time, especially with the holidays coming up!

Hi Lisa, it's nice to meet you! This is a great forum. I'm sure you will find it to be a great source of motivation. My advice would be to start a journal. I just did so myself and have found that I really enjoy writing in it and I think it's going to help keep me in check. Also, check out the recipes section. It has some great food ideas. Ask any questions you may have - there are some real LC pros around here. Best of luck to you on your low carb journey and have a great night!!
