Unhappy Need help !

I would appreciate any help or advice on doing the Atkins diet. I have done this diet a couple times before and had very good success with it, but i cannot seem to get myself back on it and stick with it. I really have a major problem with sweets. It seems like i have to have chocolate all the time. Right now i weigh 139. I know to alot of you out there this doesnt seem fat at all but if you were to see me in person you would swear that i am 6 months pregnant. It seems all of my fat goes right to my gut and stays there. About 5 months ago i weighed 125. I felt really good at that weight even though i still wanted to get to 115 for my build. So that is my goal once again, but i am worried that i will never see even 125 again. I am going to try and start the Atkins diet up again probably after thanksgiving, cause i know when that comes around i will not stick with the diet. I would really love some good advice for sticking with this diet for good this time and making it a way of life. Would also love to have an Atkins buddy to keep up with each other. Thanks

Greenhouse,

In between now and the day all the Thanksgiving leftovers are out of your house, why don't you take the time to read the Atkins book from cover to cover, read through the Newbie forum for some answers to your questions, and get the CARB foods out of your house. You can make yourself a fresh grocery list, be armed with the right information, and make a good start.

Chocolate will not be a problem for you once you get rid of the cravings and once you become motivated to succeed.

There are lots of people here to support you when you're ready. Take the time to get off to a really good start. We'll be here!
