Glad you came back down to earth and decided not to fast on water! Boy will you have a hell of a time getting your body to do ANYTHING after making it starve like that. The second you put something in your system, it will STORE for a later date. That's what happens when we program ourselves like that.
My daily menu...in case you want to compare:
BREAKFAST: 2 or 3 scrambled eggs in butter, with some leftover veggies from the night before, maybe some bacon or sausage already cooked...
my large coffee with half and half
I'm NOT hungry for hours after that!
LUNCH: Large beg of chopped lettuce, with a scoop of tuna or egg salad, as much veggies as I like, some hard boiled egg, maybe some some shredded cheese...all with blue cheese dressing... LOVE THIS - if I'm at school and didn't bring something, I hit Burger King and get whatever big burgers are on sale...ask them for extra lettuce and toss the bunz!
Water, water, water, water, water, water......
Get a really cool water bottle and never be without it!
DINNER: Any type of meat, some green beans in olive oil and garlic, maybe a diet soda later, LOTS of food...
For snacks, I usually eat some turkey lunch meat, or some celery stix with cream cheese, salamie, beef jerky, sliced cheddar, leftover cold veggies or chicken...
DON'T be hungry...eat when you want, from the foods you're allowed, and you'll see results at the END of the induction.
