Talking CALP is keeping me goin'

I just wanted to say that with the kind of schedual I've been having since September (full time job, grad school, working out every morning, plus misc life stuff) I know that if it weren't for low-carbing and CALP I would have had a nervous breakdown a long time ago. I wake up every morning at 4:30 a.m. and don't go to sleep until 10 p.m. at the earliest and usually later (last night I went to bed at midnight and woke up 4 1/2 hours later!). But since being off the wagon and starting again a few weeks ago it's really hit me all over again that low carbing really does give meso much more energy than any other WOL I've ever tried. I think I forgot that because I'd been LCing previously for a while (about 8 months) and so I got used to that feeling but now with my increased pressures I see how vital it has become for me. That doesn't mean of course I don't have my carb cravings (like yesterday I gave in and went with classmates for a burger and fries instead of having my CALP meal - without a salad, although the hour time constraint was there...). But it's way less than before.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Tam
