Just wanted to introduce myself, my husband and I are both been on a low carb diet for 2 months. He has lost more weight then I have 22lbs vs 12lbs for me. The main food I miss is rice, we use to eat it a dinner 3-4 times a week. Does anyone have a suggest on what I should replace rice with for thing like curry, or other dishes that need something to soak up the sauce? Thanks LJC
