I agree with Robert, don't get discouraged. I lost 7 the first week then stalled. Just watch on adding new things too quickly and you should start posting your meals. I only add one thing a week so if I do stall I don't have to try to figure out what stalled me. I messed up in the beginning and it took 3 weeks to straighten out.
