Question De-Sponge my recipes???

I need help!!

What should I add to a recipe for brownies or muffins that come very spongy?

What should I add to brownies if they are dry but more of a cake like texture?

Any suggestions.

I have one brownie recipe that I think is very close to real cake-like brownies but just a bit dry.

Every other bake good I try and make low-carb comes very spongy.

We had a wee bit of a chat here on a few suggestions that give certain recipes a better texture.

That said, it's a little hard to give advice without seeing the actual recipes.
