Post Back On Track

Hi all,

I'm happy to report that I'm back on track!!

I've been "on plan" for the last few days and I'm feeling better.
I'm realizing that eating LC is definately the smart way to eat long term. It's becomming a "matter of fact" kinda thing instead of a diet.

I'm also happy to report that I will have a post to add next week to our weigh in Wednesday thread!! I may even change my stats!

Ehren

I like your phrase " "matter of fact" kinda thing about eating LC. and SB
I feel that way too. My friends that I eat out with all the time (we eat out at least 4 times a week) have started pointing out things on the menu that are legal for me and grill the waitress before I do "Is the ice tea real brewed unsweatened-is your salad dressing made fresh with only oil, vinigar & herbs-can I get a vegtable instead of french fries?
It's pretty funny.

Cher,

Good for you! I have done the same thing with waiters and waitresses in the past. Often times I get looks of "you've got to be kidding me" or "hey lady, I just want to write down your order I do not want to "serve" you so just pick something and shut up" It's then that I make extra sure they are not just giving me the answers I want to hear. I ask to see the manager to clarify.

You keep on being the master of your own destiny! You are the only one responsible for what goes in your mouth, and it sounds like you are doing a very good job of taking care of you!

Way to go!
