Question Inductions

Hi Folks I"m new here!!

I've been on the induction period for a week now.
I was wondering what should the average weight be per week.

I haven't weighted myself yet, but I do noticed my tummy is getting smaller. I will probably invest in a scale soon.

Has anyone here also exercise when they were in the induction phase? I've been jogging 2-3 miles.. 3x a week. I appear to
get tired rather quickly though than before.

I plan to stay on induction for a least a month and see how it goes.

I'm currently weighting at 160 lbs.. my ideal goal is 130-135
by Holiday.. Xmas season..

Thanks!

Average weight loss is about 10% of your weight....so those of us that have more to loose are going to show larger numbers. With exercising, you may build muscle, so you might not show a loss, or as big a loss as you'd expect. Have you measured yourself? That's probably more accurate than weight.

Good luck and welcome!

Hi Redline25 and welcome!

I agree with CindySue about measuring yourself. The scale does not show the actual results when losing inches.

It is very hard to exercise during induction due to lack of sufficient carbs. You might want to cut down until you are actually out of induction. When I was on induction I had no energy for exercising at all, I started BFL 7 weeks ago and exercise vigorously with 50-90 carbs a day. My goal for me is to become leaner and more toned.
