Default Energy for exercise ...

I go to the gym every day, 30 mins cardio (10 mins running, 10 mins bike, 10 mins stepper) and 30 mins fixed weights. problem is since starting low carb diet 2 weeks ago, every time I go to the gym I feel weak and lacking energy even if I've recently eaten and its hard to manage the cardio.

I'm eating 3 egg omelette with bacon for breakfast, meat and cheese for lunch (ham, pork or chicken, babybel cheese), meat and veggies in the evening. I normally go to gym afternoon or early eve.

Can anyone help suggest ways to get more energy??

Thanks

Heather

well what you could do is make yourself a protein shake and take it beetween meals. the shake could be sumthin like this ...wter whey protein (i prefer chocolate) and glutamin (white powder) the glutamin helps with the energy levels. also i hope that you take daily supplements of vitamins in the morning and after your work out. since you are in thailand my guess is you have access to ma-huang herbs. those are very good to get your energy level up especially if you take some with caffeine and aspirin. This mix will do a thermogenesis in your system..you will be hotter and sweat more but you will have more energy. the aspirin will liquify your blood wich will flow better. the caffein will get your heart to pump faster ans the ma-huang will get your lungs to get in more air tho by creating this more oxygen will be converted to your muscles.hope all of this helped.if you have more questions go at it
