Question supplements

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering what type of supplements you take and what dosage you take daily? I am finding that I am very tired in the afternoons and perhaps if I changed what supplements I am taking that may help my energy level.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Dr. Atkins gives a whole list of vitamins in his book.

Generally I would suggest you get the GNC Women's Mega vitamins and take one three times a day. I would also take fish oil capsules one three times a day, the same with 500 mg of vitamin C. You should definitely feel more energy after 2 weeks.

I did say three times a day even though the package says twice.
