Default Anyone know what Korean foods are low-carb and have suggestions what to look for?

Hi everyone!
Just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a website that might list the carb counts of typical Korean foods, or if any of you are Korean food lovers and might know which ones are Atkins friendly. Thanks for your help!

Well I was looking around google and still haven't found a great website for Korean foods.

I do think that kimchi is relatively low carb, and chijimi (the egg dish) is also low carb. just remember to stay away from rice, and some sauces.

I will tell you if I find a good website for Korean foods...

Hi!
I'm half korean and I sure do miss some of the food too! You can check out this site for low carb korean recipes. They have bulgogi, kalbi, and lots of other stuff. I dont know if I'd agree that kimchi is low carb because they use tons of sugar to make it. Good luck and take care!
