Default Aren't you just happy to be lcing???

Because the alternative might be this:

Weight Watchers 0 point Veggi Soup

Makes 4 servings(about 1cup each)

Ingredients
2/3 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fat-free broth
1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 tbsp tomatoe paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced zucchini

And I'm not saying this would not be a healty, good soup. But if we cut the carrots, sub the onions with green onions, use good, fatty broth, and maybe throw in a pound or so of meat or poultry - or even fish, and a dab of sour creme for taste - bake with cheese - we'd have a very tasty, low-carb treat, and if we wanted to eat 2 cups of this, we could.

LOL I thought the topic post was "aren't you happy to be icing" Icing sounded good..=X

anyways, that soup sounds nasty basically ebcause I'm not that much of a veggie eater.

And we might get to eat more fat, but they get to eat whatever they WANT as far as food choices. Low fat this low fat that..

And I dunno bout anyone else, but I actually get sick of eating meat and meat and meat...

I'm not praising WW. I hate that diet actually. I'm just saying both have its advantages and disadvantages IMO I guess. =/
