Default Has anyone tried the Atkins Ketchup and Other Sauces?

I would like to know if anyone has found a "bought" ketchup and BBQ sauce that was LC and tasted good? I don't have the time to make my own so I was wondering if the Atkins was good or Walden Farms etc.?

I really like the Atkins BBQ sauce. It is a little runny/thin, but it has a lot of flavor.

Julie

I also like the Atkins BBQ Sauce. It's a good A1 replacement.

I've tried the BBQ sauce, the steak sauce and the teriyaki sauce. I wasn't too impressed with the BBQ sauce, but the steak sauce made a killer meatloaf and the teriyaki made some very tasty chicken (the key is to marinate it overnight...the longer the better).

Try the Walden's farm Ketchup. It is no carb, no sugar and tastes pretty good. Their BBQ sauce is no carb as well and I love it!

Atkins Teryiaki and Steak sauce are good, but for BBQ and ketchup try Walden's.

Where do you get the Walden Farms ketchup? Do grocery stores carry it, or does it have to be ordered?

I got mine at the local health food store. They got a whole section for low carb eaters. Lots of interesting things.

Check what is in your area. Some regualr stores carry them, some do not.

Worst case you can always order online.
