Default Soy flour and Splenda

I have two questions.

1. Where do you buy soy flour at? Can you get it from the grocery store or do you have to get it from a health food store?

2. How much Splenda is in one packet?

Our local grocery store is now stocking soy flour. One packet of spenda is 1 gram, I've always beleived that to be a teaspoon. Not 100% sure on that one.

Hi there.

Splenda has 0.5 carbs per teaspoon.
I believe each packet has two (level) teaspoons.

Soy flour is available from some grocery stores. Otherwise you should be able to find it in health food stores.

Ahah! That would explain why I have that Splenda is 1 carb per teaspoon - I was thinking that a packet was only one teaspoon. That for the clarification!

I just did a test in the interests of science, curiosity, and mock danish and 3 packets of Splenda came out to just under a teaspoon.
