Default looking for cabbage rolls recipe

Hi all, Well it's that time of the year, my garden has veggies to pick and I have loads of green cabbage. I was thinking of doing some cabbage rolls,( whole bunch) and then freezing them.
My recipe calls for rice what can I replace it with?? and the sauce is tomato soup with 1 tbs of brown sugar. Does any one have any other suggestion on low carb cabbage rolls?
Does any one know about the recipe that uses bacon? Do you use pork or beef hamb?

Default cabbage rolls

I don't have a carb count or exact measurements but I made delicious cabbage rolls using the following:

Uncooked hamburger, ground pork, dried onion, garlic, onion powder, tomato paste, 2 eggs, green pepper diced and grated/cauliflower (fried in bacon grease) and a touch of mustard. I mixed this together and placed in steamed cabbage leaves. I then mixed a can of saurkraut w/ a can of tomato sauce w/salt/pepper/onion powder and poured over rolls. Baked covered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours. These can be frozen and taste wonderful reheated. I plan to use the same mixture to make stuffed peppers. I made some w/rice for family and honestly can say mine tasted better!
