Hi Mythreeson...

I joined Curves for Women 3 weeks ago. It's close to work and I go on my lunch hour 3 times a week...30 minute workout that combines cardio with weight resistance. I've never been much on exercise, but this is kinda fun and I'm seeing results already...lost an inch off my waist and feel more toned. Another lady from my office just joined and another will soon (we're all low carbers), so we can all work out together.

Default Hi

I do the Walk Away the Pounds videos...I like them. Not way too hard for me, and easy to follow, but a good workout.

I walk on my treadmill 5x a week for 40 mins and use 10 lb weights for 10 minutes trying to target my flabby arms.

Hi, I use Joyce Vedrals “Weight Training Made Easier” and her “Bottoms Up!” program. They are both great w/o’s! They are really good for the elderly as well. Working with weights helps make and keep our bones strong! Even at a younger age, weight training can help us as we grow older… I love it! And sense I am almost 50, I think it is something I want to do!
