Question Couple of questions

I was wondering if anyone else sleeps a lot now? Since I have started Low Carbing, I sleep a lot!

Also ~ I started a journal....How do you make the link to your posts at the bottom? I also some people have their Gym log linked too.

Thanks!

MJ, hi there

The links in your posts will be done automatically after a few hours - sometimes overnight, sometimes later in the day. There's nothing you have to do to make it show up - all part of the magic that is lowcarb.ca

As for sleeping - I found that I sleep a lot sounder now. No more waking up at the slightest noise. No more waking up starving. It's wonderful!

Nat

I find I am sleeping less hours than I use to, however it is a better sleep.

Like Nat pointed out it's a sounder sleep, more restful. I don't find myself waking up at every little noise. I get about 7 hours of sleep then my body wakes me up ready to go.

Talking Thanks!

Thanks for the help on the link!

I know I sleep like a baby now! My DH is wondering what the heck is wrong with me!

I used to be a cronic insomniac ~ I would sleep an average of 1 -4 hours a night. Now I sleep 7-8!

I do not get as much done because I am sleeping so much! But I feel GREAT!

7-8 is good. 8-9 is great. Sleep is often overlooked, MJ. Sleep is when growth and whooshing (fat loss) happens. It's when the body gets to rest and rejuvenate. If I don't get enough sleep? I don't build muscle and I don't lose fat.

Enjoy the sleep - do that work the other 16 hours of the day

Nat
