Not sure if this is going on and i just missed it, but how about we start a THREAD and we can report how much exercise we have done each day? It's great motivation.

Default gym logs

I believe what you are talking about is the same idea behind the gym logs, which can be found in the gym log forum.

Each person starts their own thread, and logs in their exercise/activity/thoughts/etc for each day. Kinda like a journal, but for exercise.

Yeah but it kinda sux to have to read every thread, easier to have it all in one. I know those gym logs kind of help them personally, but a daily report all on one thread's easier to read. Nice pic by the way.

I personally wouldn't post in a common thread because I wouldn't want to be compared to everyone else. I prefer keeping it in a personal thread. That way, you can read the logs of people you're "buddies" with, or people who are at a similar level that you're at.

Cheers

Well I don't call it comparing. I mean there are going to be people who who are doing better and worse than us, and we should be happy for them and not upset because we are not doing as good.
