The New High Protein Diet

I have just started the New High Protein Diet (by Prof Charles Clark) and was wondering if anyone out there can give me some advice to help me along?

Hi Hils,

Welcome. I am not clear what sort of advice you are looking for. I'm assuming you have read Prof Clark's book?

I did a search and came up with a few threads which mention his diet. Hope they might be of some help.
