From the main page about half way down you will see a section called "Bootcamp/Journal" and below that the forums are broken down into alphabet sections. Select the c section and open a thread
That is your daily journal.
As for fitday.com. It is a free web site that does the calorie count/fat count ratio for you....all you have to do is enter the amounts and types of food you ate that day.
